会议背景介绍: Welcome to the 2nd Asia Pacific Rim International Counselling Conference 2011 webpage. Our theme “Indigenization and Multiculturalism” is most relevant to the ongoing discovery and development of alternative paradigms of counselling that bring together both East and West, advancing the cooperation between neighbours in the Asia Pacific region.
We will be delighted to welcome both research based papers and skill-based workshops which express the multicultural diversity and ongoing indigenization process that is taking place. See the Call for Papers page for details of submission.
The Conference will be jointly hosted by the Asia Pacific Rim Confederation of Counsellors, the Asian Professional Counselling Association and the Australian Counselling Association. With the Hong Kong Tourism Board we are delighted to welcome you back to Hong Kong for an enrichment experience with counselling colleagues from across the globe.
征文范围及要求: International presenters are encouraged to submit. All international presenters will be offered free registration to the conference with 3 nights free accommodation in Hong Kong Shue Yan University. They will also be provided with breakfast and lunch coupons for the duration of conference.
To receive full consideration abstracts of your proposed paper must be submitted before July 31st , 2010. Please note on the abstract whether your proposal is for Paper or Workshop. All abstracts must be in English. Poster presentations will also be accepted.

The program will consist of individual papers, workshops and a keynote address. The papers should be scholarly and written in a style that is accessible for researchers, professional, clients and self-help readers.
